Product Description

Integrated Linear Guide: The linear guide is designed as one unified structure with the gripper body. A positioning pin at the bottom of the guide prevents misalignment, ensuring stable and accurate operation.

High Repeatability: These grippers achieve high repeat accuracy, with tolerances as tight as ±0.01mm for certain models, making them suitable for precision assembly and handling tasks.

Maintenance-Free Operation: The HFZ Series is designed for non-lubrication (oil-free operation), reducing maintenance needs and making them suitable for clean environments.

Customizable Jaw Position: To meet various application needs, the initial position of the gripper jaws can be customized (open or closed) upon request.

Easy Installation & Sensing: The gripper body is machined with deep center holes for a fixed base, enhancing mounting precision and ensuring consistent repositioning after repeated disassembly. They are also compatible with various inductive switches (e.g., DS1-H, CS1-G) for easy position sensing.
