1. High-Efficiency Filtration

The AF800 series is equipped with a standard 5μm filtration accuracy filter element, which can effectively intercept impurities in the air, such as dust, rust, and oil particles, ensuring the high cleanliness of the output air source.   For specific requirements, semi-standard filtration accuracies of 2μm, 10μm, 20μm, 40μm, 70μm, and 100μm are also available, comprehensively meeting the stringent requirements of different industrial processes for air source purity.   This safeguards downstream equipment from impurity erosion, extends equipment lifespan, and reduces equipment failure rates.

2. Reliable Drainage Mechanism

Equipped with an automatic drainage device (such as an automatic float-type drain valve), it can monitor and automatically remove the condensed water accumulated inside the filter in real time.   In some models, a metal drainage cup with a level gauge is used.   This not only ensures durability but also allows operators to easily check the drainage status.   It effectively prevents secondary pollution and performance degradation of the filter caused by excessive accumulation of condensed water, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the filter in humid environments or under conditions of high water content in the air source.
