  • Q Why do bubbles come out from the element in the oil passage of an AL series lubricator?

A If the pressure in the bowl is lower than the outlet pressure, the flow is reversed and bubbles are generated at the end of the oil passage (element part).
Possible causes of low bowl pressure are as follows. ① The IN-OUT are reversely connected. ② There is leakage from the bowl O-ring. ③ There is leakage from the lubrication plug O-ring. Take appropriate measures.
  • Q What is the difference between the relief type and non-relief type exhaust mechanisms of AR series regulators?

A If the outlet pressure of the regulator rises above the set value, the relief type releases excess pressure above the set pressure to the outside, whereas the non-relief type does not.
The relief type is generally selected for use with air. And when a special sealed circuit is used or when fluid leakage into the surrounding atmosphere is not desirable (such as in a clean room), the non-relief type should be selected.
Note that with the non-relief type regulator, the outlet pressure cannot be reduced even if the knob is rotated counterclockwise (the direction in which the outlet pressure setting is released). Consideration should be given to the method of relieving outlet pressure.

Note 1) Even for regulators with a relief mechanism, there is a slight difference between the relief start pressure and the set pressure.
Note 2) The relief function lowers the pressure to the set value by releasing the outlet pressure from the relief hole in the center of the diaphragm to the atmosphere when the outlet pressure becomes higher than the set pressure. Because the relief capacity is small, it is not possible to release the pressure on the machine side or quickly discharge the excess pressure resulting from external forces during cylinder operation.
  • Q How long does it take to develop a custom pneumatic tool?

A The development timeline depends on the complexity ofthe customization. Generally, the process can take several weeks to a few months, including design, prototyping, and testing phases.
  • Q Can you customize the pneumatic tools' branding for my company?

A Yes, we offer branding customization, including logos, colors, and packaging, to ensure the products align with your brand identity.
  • Q Can I lubricate pneumatic components myself?

A Regulators/filters: Most are pre-lubricated and require no additional oil. Over-lubrication can damage seals.
Moving parts (e.g., manual valves): Use a light, non-corrosive oil (ISO VG 32) as specified in the manual.

  • Q How often should I replace filter elements or seals?

A Filter elements: Every 6–12 months in clean environments; monthly in dusty/high-contamination settings.
Seals: Inspect annually for cracks/swelling; replace when signs of wear (e.g., leaks, hardening) appear.
Pro Tip: Keep a spare kit (filters, O-rings) on hand for quick replacements and minimal downtime.
