The DSNU Series is a line of modular round-body pneumatic cylinders that conform to the ISO 6432 international standard. Designed as double-acting, rod-type cylinders with a magnetic piston, they are engineered for high performance, reliability, and versatility in a wide range of industrial automation applications. Product Description

Modularity & Extensive Variants: The DSNU series is built on a modular system, allowing for numerous derivates to meet customized application needs. This includes options for different end covers, piston rod types (internal or external threads), and a wide range of mounting accessories.
Self-Adjusting Cushioning: These cylinders feature a self-adjusting pneumatic end-position cushion that saves time during commissioning and optimally adapts to changes in load and speed. This ensures smooth operation and reduces impact at the end of the stroke.
High Performance & Long Service Life: The DSNU series is known for its high operational power and long service life. The cylinder tube is smooth and sturdy, contributing to excellent motion characteristics and durability.
Position Sensing Capability: Equipped with a magnetic piston, the DSNU series allows for non-contact position sensing using magnetic proximity switches. Please note that a minimum stroke of 10mm is required for reliable sensing on models with this feature.
Compact & Space-Saving Design: As round-body cylinders, they are ideal for space-saving installation, even in confined spaces. The DSNU-S short-stroke variant is an even more compact option, designed to be lighter and for use in particularly narrow spaces.
Durable Construction: Key components like the piston rod and cylinder tube are made of stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance.
